ArcadomaniaShop.Com reserve the right at all times to place advertisements and promotions on this Website. Advertisers and sponsors on this Website are solely responsible for complying with all local, national, state and international laws (where relevant) and we exclude all liability howsoever caused there from.

PRICE OF GOODS

The price listed on the Website (the Price) for ArcadomaniaShop.Com products (the Products) will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the website. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplie's prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the Price for the Products on the Website is wrong.

DELIVERY

Delivery shall be charged in accordance with destination chosen and price thereafter displayed which said price may be amended (after you place an order) but only to reflect a change in cost. Deliveries for specific days cannot be guaranteed. We will  deliver the Products to you within the given delivery information on each product site in our Shop. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. Proof of Delivery of Products shall be good evidence of delivery of the specific Products as requested by you and no question shall be raised as to delivery of individual items therein. Risk in respect of goods transfers to you the buyer upon execution of delivery docket. You are responsible for providing correct address telephone number and postal code. ArcadomaniaShop.Com cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if recipient address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. Any shortfall of which you become aware must be notified to ArcadomaniaShop.Com within four days of receipt of goods. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of dispatch of Products. ArcadomaniaShop.Com cannot be responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any product or any particular item contained in a package, or charge any duty (outside the EU). If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch as soon as it arrives. All items are subject to availability. Any shortfall or damaged goods must be notified to the company within two days of receipt of goods.

CLAIMS

When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product (other than perishable produce) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). We can change or cancel an order up to the point of dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding 3d party fees (PayPal) and  delivery cost). Any breakages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery,otherwise no returns will be accepted.

ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATION

Many of the products are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products and keep specifications completely up to date. All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, photos, colours, specifications and advertising on the Website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the products.

SAFETY

If any manuals, patient information or safety instructions are provided with the products, you agree to read and follow carefully all the terms contained therein at all times. Any information contained on this Website is not meant to be comprehensive and if you are inexperienced in using the products or are unsure of your abilities, you should always seek expert advice and assistance.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Where a Product is faulty, it must be sent back in its original packaging and condition (within 7 days upon receipt). As soon as we receive the return, the Product will be sent to the supplier for inspection. The supplier will either fix the faulty product or if necessary we will get a replacement Product sent out without delay.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The information contained in this Website is for information purposes only and, although we have made every effort to ensure the correctness of the information contained herein, the information available through the Website is provided "as is" and "as available\" and without warranties or conditions of any kind either express or implied. We accept no liability in relation to any of the above other than as may be provided for under your statutory rights.
